No one should live with roaches in their bed, desk, and kitchen, and have a building manager who would yell, lie, and threaten to hang up on you. Unfortunately, that has been my experience living in Heritage Park. The management is ineffective and undependable in dealing with serious health issues such as roach and rat infestation. this is the worst place to live in. Its ture, you can hear mice and rats running at night and roaches everywhere.But this isnt as worst as the people who run this palce.The desrespectfull people here. Living here for more than 1 year and they already want you out.The workers will do anything to get red of you. They are desrespectful people.
This is a terrible building to live in. From the start we had major issues with bug problems. They didnt even clean out the cabinets or the rest of the apartment when we moved in and there were live and dead roaches everywhere. During the night you can hear rats crawling in the walls too. Later on we had bedbugs, and mice in our apartment. I highly recommend steering clear of this building. Definitely not worth it.
The apartments are fairly cheap, and the floor to ceiling windows are nice. I did have some problems with bugs, but the apartment was sprayed. Theres plenty of parking, and its close to I-495/95. The buildings arent that nice, and some of the residents do litter and mess up the elevator. However, Im a student, and I havent had any major problems.
