This is my experience with this place: Several of these units are Roach infested & several have had reports of bed bugs; also seen in common areas. Management suspiciously doesn't thoroughly address the issue w/ a rather questionable pest company. Management waits for the renter to move then never disclose to the new tenants. Renters must fix units often at exorbitant cost & time. To save money management uses inefficient methods of pest control, that just rush bugs back and forth between units.
