I have lived here for many years wonderful office staff great pricing very helpful onsite maintenance. I'm very well taken care of highly recommend this apartment complex.
LIVED here 15 YEARS They have 2 POOLS- only open in the summer. 1 was closed for first few wks, then fully closed for rest of summer only half way through the season. And the other didn't even stay open till the end, the office claiming both pools were damaged from people breaking off the already old, poor quality plastered brick. AKA don't wanna fix. LAUNDROMATS SUCK- at one point one of them had only 1 washer (out of 6) working, and the driers rarely ever dry fully. We CANT HAVE ANYTHING hanging (including lights and decor... read more
I have never encountered such rude staff. When I went back a few days after moving out to finalize everything, I asked if I could have the mailbox key to retrieve any mail that might have been delivered to me. They refused. To make matters worse, they charged me almost my entire security deposit for repairs. The most frustrating part is that they charged me for a new carpet, even though the one in the apartment was already worn when I moved in.
This place sucks! Bugs everywhere spiders all around and no our house it not messy bugs come in here because there's water leaks and dirty mold everywhere we keep cleaning but there's more and more. spiders all around by the outside door to the insides I don't recommend worst ever! Everything breaks so easly
