First - they are overrun with cockroaches. This place takes serious advantage of its tenants, many of whom are young, and is incredibly dishonest. They do not provide the appliances and services they promise, and then raise rent suddenly. Their lease is ridiculous and a lawyer will be reviewing it. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau for their breaches of contract as well as their unprofessional communication. This place is nothing but a scam, they charge so much for rent when the apartments are not fully functioning. They are so run down. You are better off living somewhere else. They charge you fees out of nowhere and charge 100 bucks for a day late on rent. They dont care about anything but their money. Sometimes I think someone in the office is stealing from the tentents.
