I had a great experience touring The Hewing! The tour was very enjoyable, and everything was explained clearly. Maria was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire tour. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Her customer service was excellent, and she did a great job showcasing the property. I really appreciate her time and professionalism. Definitely a beyond five-star experience!
Not horrible, but definitely not good. We didn’t know until the day we got our keys that our apartment was not renovated, which was surprising given the rent we were agreeing to pay. They never told us they had non renovated apartments, not during touring, or signing our lease. That’s okay though because we made the best with what we had. There was peeling paint on the ceilings, peeling wallpaper off the bathroom cabinets, missing chunks out of the doorway of the bathroom, etc. It smelled like smoke, which happens with carpe... read more

No welcome letter or information upon my moving led to no WiFi for nearly a month upon issues with other things. Nicotine stains on the bathroom ceiling indicate a longtime smoker lived in my place before me who never cleaned with Greystar staff following their lead right behind and not cleaning as well. Found out the laundry room had a code for the door the day I went to do laundry, it was also very disgusting. Have to do laundry elsewhere if you don’t have in unit laundry.
