Management is great and actually cares. always responsive and trying to fix anything that may come up. Great quality for the price, love living here.
First - they are overrun with cockroaches. This place takes serious advantage of its tenants, many of whom are young, and is incredibly dishonest. They do not provide the appliances and services they promise, and then raise rent suddenly. Their lease is ridiculous and a lawyer will be reviewing it. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau for their breaches of contract as well as their unprofessional communication.
