No welcome letter or information upon my moving led to no WiFi for nearly a month upon issues with other things. Nicotine stains on the bathroom ceiling indicate a longtime smoker lived in my place before me who never cleaned with Greystar staff following their lead right behind and not cleaning as well. Found out the laundry room had a code for the door the day I went to do laundry, it was also very disgusting. Have to do laundry elsewhere if you don’t have in unit laundry. The maintenance staff responds quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. Got me all fixed up in less than an hour. I really appreciate that they'll schedule with me too so I can make sure my dog is all right.
Awesome place they’re on it when it comes to maintenance and a great environment.
