This is a great little community. Everyone is nice and respectful for the most part and the owners don’t try to price gouge you over rent. My only complaint is that it is not a pokestop. Can someone who is a high enough level make it a pokestop please?!? I am disabled and would really appreciate it!
Landlord doesn't understand how to run a community and ONLY cares about your money, half of the tenants are illegal and most likely paying her extra also needs new management, current management is toxic and they stole money from my neighbor's car
Horrible place to live, i've lived here for 4 years and it's filled with nothing but theives! the little ones will steal things off your porch then hide behind their parents telling a whole different story! don't even get me started on the poor management, they cut a tree down and didn't have the tree removed until a week later.
Too close together.
