Had my eye exam done by Dr. Hamill, who is warm, friendly, and informative. He helped me to achieve my goal by correcting problems that I thought were due to my prescription needing to be updated. Turns out that I only needed a pair of nighttime driving glasses. Reception and optical staff were extremely friendly and helpful when picking out my new frames. Overall, a comfortable and easy experience.
Fantastic service, knowledgeable staff, Rachel went out of her way with my husband and myself. A great selection of frames makes it fun to choose your eyewear. I did have some difficulties with my new glasses and a phone call with support from Janice at the other end was simply incredible, no fuss no worries if concern continued I was told to just pop in or call back. Staff very eager to help. I would highly recommend Heritage Optical without a doubt!! Thank you for such amazing care and service.
The ladies were awesome. Very impressed with my doctor. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, which is wonderful.
The office has a very warm and inviting atmosphere about it and all staff that I interacted with were wonderful. Dr. Hamill is great. Very thorough , professional and personable.
I had broken my glasses and even though the schedule was tight they got me in rather quickly. Saw Dr Hamill, he was friendly and helpful, giving practical advice on a number of things. Great experience, been going here for years and it has always been a positive experience! Thanks Heritage Optometric clinic!
