My husband recently went in to have his prescription updated and wanted to keep his existing frames. We were informed that the frames could be repaired and that the process would take approximately 2–3 weeks. The glasses were sent out on April 10th. My experience was less than pleasant. I went in for the eye exam. I also had my kids who also needed an exam. They dilated my eyes in the exam. This was the first time I ever had that done. Unfortunately it caused me headache, inability to see, nausea, and extreme irritation. After that I had to pick my classes. To make a long story short I picked a pair of glasses that were to small for my face. When I picked them up they where blurry so they had to send them back. I really love my glasses from here! The service was great. Tara helped me out very professional & helpful. Will be returning! Update 4/2026- I still love this place. I will come here as long as they are open. Dominic is awesome. Real professional and informative!

Today I received some news that I needed some glasses bifocals at that the doctor was very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable. It felt like I’ve known her for my entire life the way she was detailed and explaining each procedure and I felt comfortable and we’ll go back even the staff that assisted me with the frames and checking me into the system I arrive kinda early so I was able to be seen early as well and when I say it’s an environment, that scream, safety, professionalism, and family, and they will always have my b... read more
