I have been here for over 3 years and it has been nothing but great experience for me. Front office is very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Heritage office suites to anyone looking for professional business office.
They are white-collar thieves. I gave 59 days' notice that I was leaving, and for one day they forced me to stay and increased the contract. Don't rent here.
Heritage Offices is the place where small businesses go. I have been there since 2020 and for me there has been no reason for me to leave. We have been using the Georgetown, TX and Round Rock, TX Heritage Office Suites for about 8 months and our only complaint is that they don’t have more locations in the Austin, TX metro area. The management/ client service team is exceptional. Jeanette, Jizzelle, Monica, and Cypress are amazing and really go out of their way for us. The facilities at both locations are great but it’s the professional support and stellar customer service that stands out to us and to our clients. This is a great place to grow your business.
