Where do i begin? I am writing this review to warn others so that they do not have to put their loved one through what my mother went through. If you love your family member, DO NOT put them on the memory care side of this facility!!! My mother is 71 years old and was there for 4 months. Alfonso, the director, would not honor the monthly fee that their marketing manager solicited us in writing it would be!
