RecommendedBeautiful new renovations and friendly staff to help with senior living
My mother came to live at Heritage of Brookstone in October of last year. Immediately, the staff connected with her and she with them. Vernicia, Brenton, Stella and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome. I felt as though I had know them well before our arrival to the community. Heritage of Brookstone has been a great place and a safe place. I would recommend this community to anyone who is considering placement for a loved one.
My apologies if I’m repeated myself my last post must not have posted! Hands down I give this 5 star rating from Venecia, Stella Brenton, Dominique and all the other great techs and staff!! I live in Brookstone and my mother in law is in memory care! We are treated like family and my mother in laws care is of the upmost importance to them! They are the real deal!! I have had the opportunity to work in a number of senior living communities and Heritage of Brookstone is at the top of my "favorites" list! The hospitality of the employees to their peers, residents and visitors is beyond expectations. The respect, care and life enriching activities they offer the residents exceeds those that I've experienced elsewhere!

Heritage has been under new management and so far the team there is great! The staff is very attentive and very helpful towards are residents they get the job done and make the residents feel like there at home! I highly recommended this place it’s come along way!

I have worked for Heritage of Brookstone for a short time, and I love working for Brookstone. The staff are amazing, and we are more like family than co-workers. . I definitely feel loved here, and it's a great place to work. What is more, the food is wonderful, and the residents are delightful.
