Manager is a liar. Rude and dispectful. Never have dealt with so rudeness in my life. I do not live here nor a guest here, and got talked to so ugly, WOW!
I gave two stars because I'm not a hater but even then I'm not sure that's accurate. Two stars is supposed to mean "Fair" but the management here is anything but fair. I'll admit that initially I was excited to find such a nice looking place. I put down a deposit on an upcoming rental that was supposed to be available in two days. I just moved to Aspen Park and i must say that i really like it. Susan who works in the office helped us out in our paperwork to lease our apt. I love the price im paying which is $100 less from our last apt. Good thing is that is a small apt community. Who ever is looking for affordable apts this is the place. The only negative thing is that its located on beechnut and I've never live on this side of houston only on the west but besides that everything is ok .
Don't bother with this place poor manager and poor quality work done by maintance. Really shoulddrug test these workers! Not to be mean but true all military may sound good such a hastle not worth it.
Dumb a** f***** people! I'm in the military trying to find a place s***** b**** keeps b***s***** us about seeing a place. Reported her to corporate! Don't even bother with this place if your military waste of time!
Awesome community with lots of fun activities hosted at the community room. Close-knit community. Some apartments have views of the hay pasture next to the complex, and some can see the lake. It's beautiful and peaceful! :)
