Had one visit to the dentist and one cleaning session with the hygienist, so far so good, quick and efficient. Nothing to be unsatisfied about. Receptionist was very friendly and nice. Will be back.
"Dr. F GETS AN A+" Dr Fitzner and his team at Heritage Oak Dental are fantastic. Going to the dentist is not fun. Yet Dr. Fitzner will bring a smile to your face with his easy going presence and his great sense of humor. I give Dr. Fitzner 5 stars and recommend his office for people looking for an awesome, caring dentist and staff on the south end of Edmonton!
All the staff here are extremely friendly and empathetic. They understood my fear towards dentists, and tried their absolute best to make me feel comfortable. If you’re scared of dentists, this is the place to go.

I'm impressed by everything here! It's a very aesthetically appealing waiting room- Dr.fitzner puts you at ease and I'm very satisfied with his attention to detail and expertise. He has the best dental assistant I ever had ! She is great to talk to- very knowlegeble and will take the time to answer questions and make sure you are comfortable. Thankyou Dr. Fitzner and Kim!
