Extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. For almost a month, we have been trying to get a prescription issued, and the clinic has done almost nothing to help move the process forward. Instead of assisting with a situation that directly affects a patient’s access to medication, we have repeatedly been met with a lack of initiative and unwillingness to communicate with the organizations involved.
