George was patient, listened to what was needed for my vehicle (oil engine leak) plus scheduling was just like what he stated plus the video preview/price breakout was very cool. I visited Heritage Mazda Catonsville in search of a new key fob because mine had been dropped and destroyed. Service advisor, George Thompson went above and beyond expectations when I shared the $550 cost to replace wasn’t feasible at the time. He searched for parts and rectified my problem. He was professional and valued my visit as if it was a large repair. True customer service!
