I bought a car from Heritage a few weeks ago. I worked with Greg, and he was great. He bent over backwards to make things work out. I had to leave early to help out with my daughter, he filled the paperwork out that he could and then drove it to my house late that night after I’d put the baby to sleep. Ended up leaving my house around 930pm and still had to take my trade in back to the dealership. Very happy with the car, thanks Greg!

I called and messaged several dealers within my area and was met with the same generic answers every time I asked about the CX-50 Hybrid. As soon as I talked with Heritage Mazda Catonsville, they worked me to get a competitive price and understood my needs as a customer. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Everyone was nice and polite until they get your money. We made an appointment with the Sales Manager as we were traveling from PA. He said that the paperwork would be ready to go when we arrived, but it took 5-1/2 hours for the sale to be completed. Endless time waiting and waiting for the Finance Mgr. grew tiring.
