I walked into Heritage Mazda in Catonsville feeling completely defeated. It pains me to write this review, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I’ve been a loyal Mazda customer since 2019, when I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership. Up until recently, I had a positive relationship with the team at Mazda Catonsville. Unfortunately, that changed in September 2025. I had my oil changed here in August 2025 and received a full diagnostic report at that time, which showed no issues with my injectors or oil in the engine.
