They are nice apartments, however you can't do anything without someone complain about what your doing. Also I lived there 2yrs and repainted the apt. do to nothing had been done to the place before I moved in ( painted, cleaned nor carpets shampooed) so when I moved out I went through and cleaned, washed windows , cabinets etc then was told I would not be getting my deposit back.... They said it was non refundable... Is all they are doing is taking advantage of the elderly people... I would not recommend itto know one... No... read more
The people are all so nice and friendly. Our apartment is cozy and just what we need in our retirement years. This is a Seniors Only Complex so it's nice and quiet, and the maintenance is taken care of so fast and thorough. The owner is great! He comes and helps out when needed and is such a sweet person. We just love it here!
These are very quiet apartments. Apartments are very clean when you rent. No loud noise or parties. Lots of shade trees. Picnic tables, swings and bench throughout the apartment complex. Very well maintained and keep all maintenance up.
