So the landlords of heritage manor are also the owners of Lincoln town homes. I have stayed with a few friends out there, and I wouldn’t even recommend renting one of those places. Let alone stay in one for few weeks. The landlord gives off this vibe of just collecting pay checks and fixing any of the properties. I know a lot of people whom leave out there. It's hard to get a hold of maintenance and when you do get a hold of them it takes forever to take care of problems that need immediate attention. It really upsets me that these are disabled and the elderly that can't get a hold of people after hours. The rent they have to pay is ridiculous when they can't have a piece of mind wondering if something is going to break down and then how long it takes for someone to get there to fix it. Older apartments with not many upgrades. Surprisingly a large amount of police calls for it being an elderly and disabled property. Much better options to choose from in this town.
