J'ai vécu dans cet appartement pendant 2 ans. Pour le transport en autobus ou en automobile, c'est parfait, surtout pour un étudiant. Vivre ici, c'est comme vivre à Ottawa et à Gatineau. On a les services offerts à Ottawa et Gatineau près de nous, tout en ayant une super communauté (dans les alentours et surtout, mais pas limité, l'appartement lui-même). Been at the building since 2017. Since the new management of Realstar took over, we had never had to wait for a repair, had a quick response over any issues with the unit or the building. Josée and Noel are the best manager and assistant manger, always ready to respond to any issues in the unit or the building, great disposition and courtesy. We can only give praise for the good living at this building. It's been a pleasure to spend the years at this location.
The building is tightly and professionally run. Clean and safe. Très bien de vivre ici!

J'habite à Heritage Lofts depuis un an, et j'en suis très satisfaite! L'appartement et les espaces communs sont dans un excellent état, toujours très propres. L'équipe de gestion est sympathique et professionnelle. L'immeuble est très bien situé, calme tout en restant proche du marché By et du Vieux Hull.
