I have lived in Heritage Lodge for 3+ years. The staff are excellent. I have had a couple of health related issues and staff are excellent with quick response and assistance. Whenever I have a need (anywhere from changing a lightbulb to helping set up my new tv and showing me how to use it. All of the staff (from office staff, to Housekeeping, dining room, medical assistance from helping with baths/showers, meds taken on time and day to day Assistance.
