It was a very comforting and the friendship was a very genuine experience all we heard from those in attendance said they wanted their service there. You make the family feel welcome I would use your services again thank you so much 💓
Very detail-oriented, supportive and friendly. Heritage staff think of everything and made the whole planning process so much easier and less stressful. It’s hard to focus and plan a visitation and funeral when suddenly grieving the loss of a loved one, but the kind and caring staff help guide you through it all and take care of all the details. Even after the funeral service, staff checked in with me to see how I was doing! So very happy with everything they did. They have an amazing staff! I highly recommend them.
Everyone at Heritage Life Story was excellent!! Very compassionate folks and they paid close attention to detail. Ted was the funeral director for my mom...he was great. I have no hesitation recommending Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes.
Very helpful and professional.....listened first then assisted consistent with my needs and wishes....a great resource accompanied with great service and responsiveness.
