I am very disappointed in Heritage. I had someone come out to give me an estimate on new landscaping 2½ months ago. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get the estimate. Over the passing weeks, I called the guy that came out, emailed him, and called the office. I never heard anything back. That is very poor customer service, especially since we were previous customers. If you weren't interested or couldn't work with us, a kind explanation would have been nice.
