They are working right now at the so-called "Gardens at Del Ray" and are not in compliance with Alexandria's ban on the use gas-powered leafblowers that operate at over 80-100 decibels. Very loud and obnoxious with 3 or 4 different leafblowers in use simultaneously.
Why does management always use these types of vendors, we're stuck with them.
Always pull out our speed bumps when plowing each season. Plowed a state owned road but they're not a VDOT vendor. Just out to make money. Do not hire them for your HOA.
A company that does NOT provide any information about what is the herbicide their employees pour on community green areas shared by children and pets, often spraying around them while playing outside(!!). Being homeowner in an HOA community, we have basically zero saying over what landscaping company is contracted but for the hefty HOA fees one would expect basic information provided by said landscaping company on what they spray around my house!
