I lived at Cleaborn Point Herritage Senior citizen Apt for 3 year's. The manager Ms Diane was amazing with sweetest and kindest personality. She worked hard to help and give us the assistance we needed. She has a heart ❤️ for senior citizens and treated us all like family. I think Ms Diane needs to be given a raise and a promotion...she goes up and beyond doing a great job having to deal with sooo much non sense and lack of appreciation from many tenants...JS Ms Nikki , who is the newest Coordinator is absolutely Wonderful. ... read more

The most unprofessional complex. Everytime you go in the leasing office everybody stare you up and down like you not supposed to be there. Showed a unit they claim was “professionally cleaned” but had dirt, dust, and stains all over the floor, kitchen and tub. They lie like they will send someone out to fix a maintainence request, but never show until they get ready. They don’t even know how to fix anything. Don’t move here if you tryna avoid a headache!!
Moved in the last of January and so for love being here. The staff is loving and very helpful the facility is very clean.
***Warning****This is the worst apartment complex to stay in, they switch contracts every 6 months to a year, but this new contract (Pennrose) is the worst. They are very unorganized ,not professional at all, habitual lairs. It’s been 3 months since I haven’t had my air conditioner working.and if I let the windows up wasp fly in,there are two wasp nest outside the windows. Do you think they called pest control , No!
