Management was fast in responding to my request for a refrigerator repair. The crew that came With a new refrigerator acted promptly and efficiently in a friendly And professional manner.

Really great building. Lived here for 3 years and would have renewed for a 4th if we didn’t move out of state. Rent is very competitive for the area. Maintenance responds quickly. Location is hard to beat. Building is a little older, but if you can live with things being a little dated, then there’s not really any other cons
Truly the worst place I have ever lived. Management is absolutely awful. Numerous noise complaints and frequent smoking odors were ignored. Cindy Cook, property manager, dismissed us by saying “that’s just how the building is” and stated that the only thing that would make us happy is if she ended our lease and she let us move out. When we chose to do so and asked for the lease termination in writing, she recanted her statement and planned to charge us for a lease buyout.
