Apartments are spacious, great amenities, fitness center, sauna, classy community room, nice lobby spaces, yoga studio business center/conference room, Rooftop Deck with a stunning view of the Minneapolis Skyline, Party Pit surrounded by old historic brick wall, modern building but looks like the old industrial buildings in this area, old style classy architecture, good maintenance service, management staff are very helpful.
The maintenance crew is the best. Always friendly, efficient, and professional. It's great knowing your request are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Great property, great location, great amenities, great value, and well managed. The only issue is a single boiler system for hot water that's not quite as hot as I like but otherwise absolutely love the property.
