Thank you for the tour of the large property. I like the secure campus, and the amenities. Floor plans with angles are not always great, same with exposed duct work. Concrete construction makes for a sound building. I will keep this one in mind. Consider having all apartments fitted with internet in advance. No one likes moving in and setting up an appointment for internet. Many buildings today are prepped so you can just add your router. Madeline

Apartments are spacious, great amenities, fitness center, sauna, classy community room, nice lobby spaces, yoga studio business center/conference room, Rooftop Deck with a stunning view of the Minneapolis Skyline, Party Pit surrounded by old historic brick wall, modern building but looks like the old industrial buildings in this area, old style classy architecture, good maintenance service, management staff are very helpful.
