After my other insurance was gonna raise my rate to $123 a month I contacted these people awesome. Customer service and I got my insurance down to $28 a month. I love these guys I recommend them to anyone that needs good insurance.
I called on a Friday at 3pm to get a simple quote on homeowners insurance. I was told that getting a quote is not how “this” works. That they have to send my information to an agent and that nothing could be done u til Monday. Monday came, no one called, I called three times in a row and finally someone answered. Couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Heritage Insurance Services. I hate dealing with getting new insurance but my husband just bought a new boat. I called and lucky got Abby Heitkamp on the line. She answered all my questions and made the process so easy. Because she did such a great job with the boat I switched over my home owners as well. Would highly recommend coming here.
