They were very professional and unlike other hotels they honestly put the customer service first.
Such a great place to be with ur family
Breakfast attendants didn't keep it stocked and hung out in the back with their airpods in talking, had to get front desk to get them out and fill things. Pool had no towels, called front desk and they said if we have them we will bring them down. Which never happened. The elevators are supper slow. They did not put a trash bag back into our can in room... not what I expect with the price we paid!
No hot water and faulty air conditioning made for a very disappointing stay. The staff wouldn't do anything about it. My wife was told to talk to corporate.
Don't stay at this hotel!! I prepaid for this hotel knowing I would be a late check in. I told them I would be there before 2:00 am. I arrived at 1:20 am, drove from Chicago to St. Louis in a storm and was told I could not check in because they closed their books for the day. They kept my money and said I was a no show. Very poor customer service, I'm so disappointed in Wyndham as well.
