Called a day before flying out to Missouri to make sure we were good to check in when our flight landed at 2am. They assured us that they are open 24/hrs and someone will be there to check us in. Even said that they will leave a note for the night shift. When we arrived at the hotel we could not get inside. Everything is awful double charged me 2 days $270 only stayed 4 hours after check in due to coming from TX late passed midnight. Notified in advance, received a text from the hotel no issue being late I received the confirmation. The hotel denied my text received. When I checked in, the hotel said your room was cancelled. The hotel night manager forced me to pay an another stay and sign so my kids don’t need to sleep 4 hours in a car like homeless. Breakfast was not the best. We came down at 8 and no sausage.
Great value. We were very happy with our stay. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while visiting the city for pleasure. We loved the indoor-outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. The pool must have been heated because even I was able to swim in it. If you come expecting a 5-star hotel you’ll be disappointed. But for a family-friendly budget hotel, this place is great. We made a last minute booking and were pleased with the value. We had a one bedroom suite that was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a double sink, there was a mini fridge and a microwave. The only downside was our room was right above the dumpster and a garbage truck woke us up early. It is right next to a Cracker Barrel which is a plus as well.
