If I could give this so-called " luxury apartment " complex a (--) 55 rating, I would be more than L to do so. It is the worst residence I've ever had the misfortune of existing ( NOT "living" ) in. Management is at best discriminatory, at worst outright hateful. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this sorry excuse for a " residence,". There are MUCH BETTER complexes elsewhere.. Some work has been completed with each request, not all. Requested a new toilet a few months ago, even offering to pay out of pocket. Request was denied and toilet continues to have ongoing problems.
Maintenance along with the front office scheduled my request in a very timely manner. The work was completed within the morning and I am very satisfied with the results.
Replaced broken light switch within a couple of days when Maintenance order was submitted. Very quick turnaround. Thank you
We are in the process of moving in, but have met the staff and they are very nice. We love our place and our neighbors ❤️.
