Some work has been completed with each request, not all. Requested a new toilet a few months ago, even offering to pay out of pocket. Request was denied and toilet continues to have ongoing problems.
We are in the process of moving in, but have met the staff and they are very nice. We love our place and our neighbors ❤️.
We’ve only lived here for two months, but so far, we LOVE this place so much! The neighbors have all been friendly and have positive things to say about Heritage II Senior Apts. They have been quick to fix/repair items…. Will update review in 6 months to keep you posted …

BEWARE ☠️ READ THE LEASE! NO BBQing, NO AC, NO fruit plants, NO washing your car in your own driveway, NO street parking, NO attaching anything to the outside of your residence, SO NO THANK YOU! Management continually walks in your backyard unannounced to see if you have violated any of “THEIR RULES”. PRICS ARE CHEAP BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO LIVE HERE!
