I bought a 2026 Honda Palisade from this place in November. My battery died about a month ago. I replaced it with a new battery that battery died a week later. So clearly it’s an electrical issue. My battery died while with my children, a newborn and a toddler I had to have a friend come tow my car and drive us home mind you with no car seats. We just leased a brand new Hyundai Ioniq last week and were happy with it until it came time to charge. In short, it wouldn't. We took it in on Saturday and they gave us a loaner car that looks like it was built for toddlers. It's remarkably rickety and drives like a lawnmower. Meanwhile, we get absolutely zero communication from the service department about what the issue is with our brand new leased car, or any kind of timeline.
