Heritage has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am a real estate investor who has started putting manufactured homes on land that I own. I have purchased 8 manufactured homes with them this year and they have helped me every step of the way, from design, price negotiations with manufacturer plant, delivery and installation, and referrals for all trades to finish the homes. I would not recommend this company at all..very unreliable regarding returning phone calls or responding to requests..it's almost impossible to reach anyone by phone because their mailbox is always full and the agents very rarely answer their phones or return phone calls when you are able to leave a message..Certainly not anyway to run a service centered business..I was treated very unprofessionally..
