BEWARE!!! don’t waste your time or money time this company a TERRIBLE!!! And so is it’s WARRANTY. I have been dealing with these people for almost a year,, it’s extremely hard to get any work done, LIES! Lies never end,, the home is made terrible, I feel the manufacture made the home Blinded folded!!!! Call the State Board and report the problem against Legacy Housing
DO NOT buy from these folks! They are nice to deal with but lie like a rug! They promised things they don’t deliver. They told me our house would be set up in three days. It’s been seven weeks. It’s manufactured wrong. It has a number of issues and their solutions to fix the issues are pure crap.!! The roof Ridge cap is installed poorly. They didn’t have the material for the flooring to join the 2/2 of the house together so they put a different piece of wood over the crack. Alexandria Jones was very knowledgeable and friendly. She definitely listened to what we said and answered all our questions. I felt blessed our paths crossed and will keep her updated. I would highly recommend her.
Do not under any circumstances buy a home from this company. Everything from set up to the botched repairs they made was lousy and 4 years later I'm paying for repairs myself from the bad set up and forget customer service the management turns over every 6 months at least. Do not buy from this place.
