RecommendedI am so greatly impressed by the loving, positive environment at HH. I am frequently there to spend quality time with a dear friend. Each staff member is upbeat, compassionate and professional. The care, activities, and cognitive support my friend receives daily have added to the quality of her life and I know this assisted living facility exceeds what I’ve witnessed at other care facilities! From good food to caring staff, this is simply a wonderful place and I’m so very glad my friend is among an ‘army’ of angels!
I love Heritage House they treat you with so much love and you feel like family..My mother was their and it was hard to leave her but i always knew that she would be well taken care of. Met alot of good nurses and staff loved them all they where like family too. My sisters and I still go visit even after my mothers passing. honestly the last few days have been thinking about going and reading or just helping in some way. Heritage House is warm, caring and provides a home like atmosphere for rehab. The staff are attentive and friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the devotion to caring for loved ones, who become one of the Heritage House family members when they admit. You can count on them to be there when you need them, and I highly reccomend the care.
My mother was released from the hospital from falling with stitches on her head and a broken arm. She moved there on a Friday afternoon at 3:45pm. I got to the facility at 8:00pm and found her half naked, sideways on bed, nothing but an ace bandage on broken hand, confused, shaking with a 103.5 temperature. They were still waiting on pharmacy for medications, and was not aware she was a fall risk or had a temperature.
