Who appraises property under what was paid for it from two years ago ? You have totally knocked down the price of property, now my bank won’t loan on it. This is unfair in so many ways. I paid you $625 to be honest with an appraisal ! When you came in the house you wouldn’t even lift your head up to say hi. Very rude and you shouldn’t be allowed to do this job.
