Called to inquire about an apartment and was basically told I was a shady individual for living with my partner of 7 years and not being on our current lease and said he doesn’t rent to people like me. He ASSUMED I moved in without the landlord being aware and didn’t give me a chance to explain before being rude. If he would have taken two seconds to speak to me like a human being, he would known that I’ve lived here since the day the lease was signed (I was also at the lease signing as well) and I speak to the land lady mor... read more
Rude landlord never fixes anything. Given people special treatments and allows them to go against lease. Also allows dirty people to live there and punished the clean ones. Steal security deposits. Do not recommend this place no matter your situation. Also never answers phone when problems happen. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would and have 3 others who live there that would do the same.
I highly recommend that you do not rent an apartment with heritage house. These apartments have poor up keep and an extremely rude landlord. We had an issue with mold in the apartment as soon as we moved in, a few months after there was an issue with our tub making a god awful noise anytime we tried to run it, days later we had someone out to "fix it", well after they were supposed to be there and then when i called he landlord to tell him we would prefer to be home when they were fixing it he got into an argument with me an... read more
