I've been without a working toilet going on 5 months. My dishwasher has never worked properly in the four years I've lived here. My garbage disposal has been broken for 2-3 months. My manager keeps telling she's put in a work order? These are beautiful apartments. The yard is pretty much maintained. Great views of the mountains. It's a quiet place to live for most everyone.

This is a beautiful retreat, consisting of 34 apartments. Each have a walk out private patio with breath taking views of the surrounding mountains. It's located in a quiet little alcove within a peaceful, respectful neighborhood. There were problems with keeping managers. A few dishonest neighbors made it bad for the rest. However, yards were well maintained. Kitchens are too small, but cute apartment overall.

I lived there with my mother foa few years. It was nice and peaceful. All the neighbors were wonderful! BTW it’s marked wrong on the google map. Needs to be fixed.
