cancelled our reservation without telling us - had a suite reserved - sent us to another hotel!
Someone from Heritage Hotels needs to contact me regarding a refund and reimbursement at Hotel Albuquerque at old Town. This is terrible customer service. We have called that hotel several times.
I spent a beautiful evening at Level 5 on May 18th. Chris our sever was excellent and attentive. Every staff member had a smile and took care of our every need. The views are spectacular, and our food was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend this to visitors and home town people as well. An experience I will never forget, and my new go to place when I need a get away from the everyday. Never hurts to call ahead and check to see if you need a reservation, just to make sure it hasn’t been reserved for a private event. AMAZING!
Hotel Chaco Albuquerque: Valet very inefficient. No signage or attendants when we arrived, and again when we left. Information desk staff unfriendly and not helpful. All staff we encountered too young and inexperienced in customer service. Level 5 restaurant menu very limited and uninteresting. Food was satisfactory, but portions small for price, and not special or very tasty. All that being said, the Hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, especially the restaurant esthetics, and the view was outstanding.
Chaco is one of the most exquisite hotels in New Mexico, hands down, other Heratigw Hotels are not far behind
