I am reluctantly giving one star because I cannot submit this review without doing so. Zero is my preferred star choice!! I can't begin to describe how awful this Heritage Hospice is. The entire experience was sickening! The nurse provided zero care, compassion, empathy, concern, education, support... I could go on, but nothing described on the webpage or during my intake phone call was provided to my mom or family. I would rather die in a ditch than at this place and with this nurse.
