I’ve had my car for less than a year and they’ve already shown their true colors. This is just another typical, run of the mill sleaze bag car dealership. If you do buy a car from Heritage Honda Parkville they will only work harder to find new, highly unethical and misleading ways to take your money while providing terrible service. Heritage Honda is the only auto shop I've attended since moving back to Baltimore up until October 2025. Within this time span, I have made them aware of issues with my 2016 Honda Pilot only to have those issues left unaddressed or attended to. As a result, my car broke down, and it was ostensibly regarding the high-pressure fuel pump. Once Heritage ran a diagnostic, I was told that my timing belt was "installed improperly".
