Mark Sowder and the service team helped me with numerous problems with my "new" used Accord. He negotiated with my after market high mileage warranty company to make sure I got what was owed and made sure to see what honda extended warranty could do too. Mark and the mechanics hooked me up. I have basically a brand new slick 2014 Accord now. Could not be happier.

The service advisor Patrick R. went above and beyond helping me with my car repair situation. With FedEx being incompetent upon delivering the last 2 parts for my car Patrick kept me updated everyday to tell me what was going on and then also helped me get a rental car so I could be able to do my job. Then got me a few discounts to really help out with the situation. Next time I come in for repairs I'm going to make sure I work with him.
