Sometimes in life, you just get lucky. And I was incredibly lucky to have Ashley McKinney answer the phone when I called Heritage Homes to ask about a listing in February. I obviously don't know all of the other agents in Hopkins County, but I do know Ashley. And I'd be astonished to find even a handful of agents in all of Western Kentucky to be as committed, knowledgeable and just plain helpful as Ashley. We have spent 3 to 4 weeks with a realtor here. Buying a home was our goal. The agent we had literally let us do all of the home searching and half of the seller disclosures as well. We had planned a entire Friday to look at homes, and here we are at home with no assistance at all from the 1st agent that pushed us under the rug. I've never been so "assisted ", so unprofessional in my life. The second agent that apologized for the first is nowhere in office. What a coincidence. Terrible is a understatement.
