I actually own a home built by Heritage Homes of Nebraska - Original homeowner. We are now 2 years in (living), and the number of factory issues continue. Poor electrical, loose boards, damaged walls, inconsistent finishes. They were a nightmare to work with, and they delivered a sub-par product.
