I rented a hone from Heritage Home Rentals and it was the best experience I had with a management company since leasing over 8 years in GA. We never had an issue with getting things fixed in the home. Cathy and her team responded to emails and calls promptly. We found our forever home and moved recently. If you are ever in the need for a nice and well kept home in any of their areas please do not hesitate to contact their team. You will not be disappointed.
Very first conversation with a representative and I was interrogated and disrespected. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Within the first sentence she became belligerent and completely out of line.
This company is the most unprofessional, clearly racist company. I currently live in one of their OVER PRICED homes, and I literally heard the woman showing the home explain to a couple this is a white neighborhood. It actually is of mixed ethnicity. I have heard her lie to many of the people viewing the home about its features. The people who work in the office are extremely rude, and problems around the home either don't get fixed or they get ignored. Called today to try to set up an appointment to view a potential property. They were very rude and basically told me that they would NOT rent a property to me because I didn't have 5 years of rental experience. Was able to pay for rent for first 12 months up front, and was still turned away. They weren't really willing to discuss any further options with me either.
Very poor management company. Owner Cathy Ledford can be rather rude and demeaning in her conversation when your lease is up. Everything was nice and smiley when she needed to rent the property and have the renters income. Items that were in fair condition; were forgotten about when we moved out. It took at least 3 months to have the garage fixed. Garage door basically dry rotted due to water buildup that caused mold on the property. Very poor management company. They're just interested in renting out the home quickly. The pictures that they post, and the descriptions of the homes are so very false. If you need any repairs done....good luck. Unless you have your basement filling up with water or something, it's like pulling teeth to get anything done. It's been a year and a half since I notified them of a repair that was needed at my house and it has yet to be done. The best thing they did was find someone fast to put in our home but after that they do not manage the property. Both people they found skipped out in the last months rent and trashed our house. They didn't know that the people had pets and smoked or who all was living in the house. They never tried to help us regain our lost rent.
