Contracted Heritage Home Improvements Inc with owner Jerry Caudill and team for a full re-installation of gutters and re-tile of bathroom on 3/29/2019 put down 50% deposit of $3,438.02 and after 10 re-schedules and another No-Show he has still not even started either jobs after almost a month. I originally checked Nextdoor before hire and seemed to only have good reviews until recently now many negative reviews are coming out. DO NOT HIRE this man to do any work on your home. He is dishonest, does not know what he’s doing, and will take as much money as he can from you and never finish the job. My Husband and I hired Jerry to redo our front porch and our back deck. He promised this was something he did all the time and that he could have everything completed in 3-4 weeks. Unprofessional. Most days would show up at 11:30 and then leave for lunch at 12. Come back from lunch around 3 and then leave at 5. Never had the right tools or lumber needed for the days work so would constantly have to leave to go get them. Had to borrow MY tools such as my ladder, saw horses, and my sledge hammer. The original quote for the job was 4 weeks and after 7 weeks we had to fire him because the job wasnt anywhere close to being done.
