My companion recently took a turn for the worse. His liver cancer became very bad fast. We were able to receive Hospice quickly Supplies were supplied fast and Friendly by Heritage Complete Home Health. We needed a bed . It was delivered within 2 hours . Then oxygen was needed a few days later ,once again with in an hour . Heritage is very friendly, trustworthy and realizes your need is important. The customer is important and they will work with all situations..
Exceptional customer service from Heritage Home Care. As a caregiver for my father I take him to doctor appointments and depend on using his wheelchair for mobility. I recently had a problem with the wheelchair which created difficulties getting to a recent appointment. I called Heritage and they told me to come by and they’ll take care of it for me. There was no hesitation or “we’ll see what we can do” that you typically get from other places I stopped by 10 minutes prior to store closing hours and the entire staff on hand ... read more
