I have never had a doctors office who cares the way the entire staff does here. From the very first call to their office to my current dealings with them, it has been beyond five star service every single time. Every staff member is kind, caring, and genuine. They get you in right away, they work with you every step of the way and they don’t make you feel like just a number. Cannot recommend the entire practice enough. Thank you for all that you do—all of you!!!!
This may be the first doctors office I’ve gone to that is consistently helpful and prompt—my provider, Renee Kershaw, has never taken longer than an hour to respond to my messages, has helped me deal with switching pharmacies, and has even fit me into her busy schedule when I needed a last minute appointment. I really appreciate the care at Heritage Hills!
