Management is a disaster
Renters beware! I am unfortunately currently a tenant here and have been since August 2022, and for the past few months we have had nothing but issues both within the apartment, and with the property manager, Kim. Our air filter hadn’t been changed in well over a year, there was excessive mold in and around the ceiling vents throughout the apartment, and a horrible phorid fly infestation.
