The Apartments are okay depending on family size! Studio Units Average About 480 square feet! Just big enough for Two Residents and No More! The Best Studio Units have Outside Patios which makes up for their small size so you can spend your Summer Evenings outside enjoying the Sunset! I lived here for 2 years and then moved to an expensive amenity building in Stamford. Let me just say that, unlike these expensive amenity buildings, I never had issues with anything functioning in my apartment at heritage hills. The rent was reasonable and the location was hard to beat. I also had some great neighbors who I dearly miss. This building has a live in super who is responsive and easy to deal with.
