If I could give zero stars I would bridge stream properties is the worst rental place I've ever experienced you cannot get ahold of anyone for anything I would never rent through them, I filled out an application that has said it was approved and know one ever reached out to me I called multiple times left multiple messages and you could never actually get ahold of anyone know one ever returns your calls which shows me what it be like to rent from them if you ever had any issues you would never get through to anyone which is... read more
I don't currently live at any other their rental properties, but I would recommend bypassing this company. Every tour will be self-guided only. If you are interested in renting a place, you will be incredibly lucky to talk to anyone who knows anything about the process, let alone even get someone to pick up the phone. It also seems like they list properties for rent just to collect application fees and leave the listing up. Avoid
