UPDATE (6/27/26): I was contacted last week by the property manager, Cole, who was incredibly apologetic about our experience and highly proactive in making things right. He coordinated directly with the homeowner to make this move feasible for us. Since then, communication has been excellent. Ever since they did lay offs and changed location they are impossible to contact. They never answer the phone, and they do not call back in a timely manner when you leave a voicemail. I am currently renting through bridgestream and was looking to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, however every time I schedule a viewing it confirms it, and then at the viewing does not give me lock box info. UPDATE 6/24/26: I physically went to both the Dixie and Kettering locations with zero success. At the Dixie location, the doors were locked at 2:00 PM, despite multiple staff and Bridgestream company cars being parked outside. The Kettering location is appointment-only with a drop-box, but it’s impossible to schedule an appointment when the company completely ghosts you. Our apartment did not have heat for nearly two weeks during a cold snap in October of 2024, despite multiple text messages and phone calls to Bridgestream. I provided them specific details of when I would be available and asked them not to call during my religious holiday. I also provided express consent for them to enter the apartment and repair it while I was away for the holiday.
