Great company that does great work. Staff is courteous clean on time and efficient.
Rental process was smooth and efficient unfortunately the property i rented quite literally started falling apart within a week of me moving in . Doors off hinges , cabinets literally falling apart(i have photos with time stamps) within a month or two the whole stairwell bar came out the wall . I won't even start on the bedroom doors . It would have been more efficient to put in a new frame and doors instead of painting over and rigging doors that clearly needed to be replaced. basement i unfortunately had no clue had a mold... read more
Terrible experience. I had many issues while living in that apartment, so I decided to move out. Now my problem is that they only returned half of my security deposit, and when I checked the breakdown, I saw they were charging me $180 for the blinds. When I moved in, there were no blinds. I filed a complaint and was told that blinds were not included, so I bought them myself.
