Kristian Was amazing and was super easy to get the apartment
This is my first time renting and I was super nervous and didn’t know much about the rental process but Cole was able to help me with the whole process between the showings and answering questions for me. I had questions regarding pet fees, utilities, and just how things worked in general. Cole explained everything in detail and was very professional. It didn’t matter if it was outside the normal business hours, he always responded promptly to all my text messages. Thank you for helping me find my first apartment.
I got my first place through this company and the overall process was a good experience. I didn’t get the first property I had wanted but within a day they helped me find another better one! There was quick and thorough answers to any questions and fast processing times as I was fully set to move in only a few weeks after submitting the application. I would definitely recommend leasing through them!
