I have a senior friend who seems like he's being scammed by this company. He signed a month-to-month lease ($1,000.00) with this company beginning August 1, 2025. If I could give zero stars I would bridge stream properties is the worst rental place I've ever experienced you cannot get ahold of anyone for anything I would never rent through them, I filled out an application that has said it was approved and know one ever reached out to me I called multiple times left multiple messages and you could never actually get ahold of anyone know one ever returns your calls which shows me what it be like to rent from them if you ever had any issues you would never get through to anyone which is... read more
