Thank you! As an owner who dealing with another local PM company that has been a disaster, Im looking forward to doing more business with Bridgestream. I currently only have one property with Bridgestream but the difference has been noticed immediately.
Do not rent from Bridgestream. They like to half ass do maintenance work and steal security deposits to renovate the unit after you move out. They’re also known for painting pink tubs white leaving you with a tub that’s half peeled before you even get comfortable.
TERRIBLE!!! I have had 3 family members and 2 friends that have rented through this company, and it was a NIGHTMARE for every single one of them!!! I had to help my daughter to deal with them a few years back! She only stayed in one of their properties for one year (because she had to), but she got the heck out of there so fast!! My cousin is dealing with them now! She already had a home through them that she lived in for years with her kids and they sold it right out from underneath of her!
