I called Heritage Heating and Cooling on July 10 because my inside unit was making a noise. They sent out a technician who admitted he didn’t know what the noise was, so he recorded it on his phone and said he’d “let someone else at the shop listen to it.” That cost me $165. He left, they cashed my check, and that was the last I heard. It’s now August 24, and after two follow-up calls, I’m still waiting for their great mystery-solving team to get back with me.
