Can you PLEASE call me in a refill for my Fluoxetine asap? My current Doctor who got my records from you, Dr Nwiloh, has known for over 4 hours now I need a refill because I've been out over a week, & his receptionist says they are STILL waiting on him to approve it. Same for my Metoprolol. I been out long enough it sent me to the ER Saturday night & he is still dragging his feet. (Sent to my old doctor because I cannot get the blood pressure and depression medication I need).
Horrible staff. Good luck getting a phone call returned and when you finally do after multiple calls and one month later all they have are lies and they don't care if you take your business elsewhere. Smells of insurance fraud to me.....
