Dr. David Atkins has been instrumental in facilitating my mental health and coordinating my overall health. The staff is always friendly, offices are clean and consistently run on schedule.
Phone system is highly ineffective and inefficient. Tried calling after VM. No callback number or extension was provided by Heritage Health as a patient has to start over at the que. Recommend Heritage providers use email to connect with patient.
