I’d give 0 stars if possible. They absolutely have single handedly made this last year a complete terror. Started going to a psychiatrist after a lengthy ER stay. She changed up my meds and she was lovely. However, she is now on vacation that has never been mentioned to me (even now that she’s still on vacation for another month.) So, every refill has been a problem. I do everything on my end and they just keep extending how many days it’s going to take to get my meds every single time.
