Phone system is highly ineffective and inefficient. Tried calling after VM. No callback number or extension was provided by Heritage Health as a patient has to start over at the que. Recommend Heritage providers use email to connect with patient.
No one answers the phone. Super unhelpful resolving any payment issues or doing anything in a timely manner
I was given the opportunity to speak about ketamine and TMS treatment at Heritage Health and I was impressed by how nice the facility was and how kind and intelligent all the providers were. I would not hesitate to refer my patients to Heritage Health!
Jennifer is fantastic! Extremely patient and has helped my son open up. Highly recommend 💛 the only downside is their front office staff is pretty disorganized.
