Jennifer is fantastic! Extremely patient and has helped my son open up. Highly recommend 💛 the only downside is their front office staff is pretty disorganized.
I had a nice therapist who wasn't good at listening. He mentioned there are days he sees 9 people. If you want someone to hold space for you, truly connect, and comprehend with deep empathy what you're going through, this doesn't seem like the place. The team here is incredible. Dr. Prindle is truly compassionate and deeply cares for her patients. I can’t overstate how much the kindness and empathy of the psych team have meant to me. Finding quality healthcare on Medicaid is often difficult, but this team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care.
