Very unprofessional Tracy! With little Enlish of my sil when she called and Tracy answer. My sil asked to transfer to Liana and Tracy reply "OMG." There's couple time I asked to talked to the owner but the people that work there keep saying that I can talked to Tracy's since she's the manager. It doesn't make any sense when you're the manager but still treat your client/employee like they're nobody.
Staff lacks communication and Tracy is unprofessional.
Been With the Company For About 8 Years Started With Them When They Were On Payne. Transferred To University With Them. Tracy And Tom Are My Favvvv! They’re Always Willing To Help When And Where They Can. I Feel The Pay Could Be A Little Better But They Are So Easy Going. I Wouldn’t Transfer. Keep Up The Great Work Heritage!
Most staff have been with the company for years. Poor communication from one specific staff who ignores communication or with very unprofessional communication. Its been 7 days and their payroll staff has not reponded to my missing paycheck!
