Tracy’s behavior is consistently unprofessional, and it’s unacceptable for someone in her position. Every interaction I’ve had with her has involved a rude tone, a dismissive attitude, and a lack of basic customer service. This reflects poorly on the entire company, and management needs to address it immediately. Very unprofessional Tracy! With little Enlish of my sil when she called and Tracy answer. My sil asked to transfer to Liana and Tracy reply "OMG." There's couple time I asked to talked to the owner but the people that work there keep saying that I can talked to Tracy's since she's the manager. It doesn't make any sense when you're the manager but still treat your client/employee like they're nobody.
Staff lacks communication and Tracy is unprofessional.
