The worst place I've ever lived. The Manager, and the board, as well as Some residents are unbelievable. If you are a maintenance worker, you have it made. Takes forever to get repairs done. Very poor management!!!! If they like you, your in, if they don't like you, they have a way of getting you evicted. I would look for elsewhere to live, because they will turn your life into a living hell.
